Drug & Alcohol Programs

Reasonable Suspicion

49 CFR 382.603 supervisor training — recognize and act on signs of driver drug or alcohol misuse.

Supervisor Training — Reasonable Suspicion

As stipulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, if an individual operates a vehicle with a gross weight surpassing 26,000 lbs., necessitating a commercial driver's license (CDL), or if the vehicle is designed for 16 or more passengers, including the driver (with churches and non-profit organizations not being exempt), then the driver must be enrolled in a drug and alcohol testing program compliant with DOT regulations. We are precisely such a DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing program.
